Mike de Ravel

Founder & CEO

Mike founded MITCO Digital in 2018 after selling a very successful business. He got started by providing marketing services to his dad's CPA firm. Mike combines his accounting background, business ownership experience and expert marketing knowledge to help accountants grow their firms online. If he's not online, you'll most likely find Mike out in the water or with his family.

Patricia Santos

Head of HR

Patricia brings that Brazilian vibe! With her HR training and being a natural people person, Paty helps take care of our great team. She's always thinking of how to make the team stronger. Married to Mike, she's been around since the beginning and has added a lot to our success. In her spare time she'll be on the beach, hiking and with the family.

Sally Zulch

Sally adds a strategic edge to our account management team with her extensive experience in finance and asset management. She excels in strategising to produce campaigns that resonate with our clients' target markets, always aiming to elevate their marketing impact.

Leigh-Anne Gardiner

Leigh’s design roots started in magazines for airlines and hotels, but for the past 3 years she's been putting her creative eye to work making websites, lead magnets, content, social posts, and emails look amazing for our clients. Based in Pretoria (but often by the sea), she’s a coffee-loving dog mom who balances pixel-perfect design with art and naps.
