Content Marketer

This is a really great opportunity for the right content marketer who knows how to communicate with business owners and loves creating engaging content.

We’re looking for someone to write content for our clients in the accounting industry, particularly people who:

  • are skilled and experienced writers
  • understand business and the mindset of business owners
  • have some idea of business finance, accounting, bookkeeping (we’re willing to guide you)
  • are used to writing content for SEO
  • are extremely thorough and only turn in something you can be proud of

This person will write content for:

  • Webpages
  • Blog posts
  • PDF downloads
  • Email
  • Possibly other platforms

Service Provider / Contract Position
Reports to: Agency Director & SEO Head
Hours: Currently 30 hours per week, soon to increase.

Content & Social Media Marketer

We’re looking for a responsible person to join our growing team and take the reins of content and social media marketing for our clients.

What will you be doing?

This position will report directly to the agency director and involves everything that there is to do with social media marketing (except ads) as well as assisting in content production such as blog posts.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Coming up with social media strategies together with the agency director.
  • Audience research and profiling.
  • Creating detailed content schedules in advance for each client.
  • Managing the content creation. In some cases this will involve arranging for photographers to go out. In most cases you will create the post content yourself using stock or client artwork.
  • Creating artwork, copy and posts (using Canva is fine).
  • Scheduling posts via Hootsuite.
  • Manually posting where needed (especially stories).
  • Account management and audience engagement.
  • Analyzing performance data to improve results.
  • Writing content – you must be able to write great copy, adapted to the audience.
  • Weekly reporting.

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker or 100% fluent.
  • Flexibility – at times this can be hands-on especially with stories.
  • Ability to plan well.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Someone who is always up to date with the latest social media trends.
  • Some experience managing social media profiles and results to show.
  • Be someone other people enjoy working with.

It helps if you:

  • Are super responsible. 
  • Are a team player and open to feedback.
  • Have experience working with either B2B or e-commerce brands.
  • Are easy going, humble, have a sense of humor, value relationships and know how to take ownership of your tasks.

Facebook Ads Manager

We’re looking for responsible, talented Facebook ads marketers to join our growing agency team.

What will you be doing?

This position will report directly to the agency director and involves everything that there is to do with running amazing Facebook ads that deliver results to clients – from lead generation to website purchases.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Coming up with campaign strategies with the agency director based on client briefs.
  • Setting up ad campaigns. Knowledge of which objectives to choose is essential.
  • Audience research and setup.
  • Creating your own artwork (Canva is cool).
  • Writing great copy.
  • Testing everything and optimizing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Retargeting campaigns.
  • Setting up tracking, whether its FB pixel or events.
  • Analysing data. If you don’t like numbers, this job isn’t for you.
  • Problem solving.
  • Managing campaign budgets.
  • Weekly reporting.

Other requirements:

  • A strong track record of results previously achieved.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
  • Native English speak or 100% fluent.
  • We only want people on our team other people enjoy working with.

It helps if you:

  • Are super responsible. We don’t want client ad accounts getting restricted because you did something wrong.
  • Are a team player and open to feedback. At the end of the day we’re working to get the best results for our clients.
  • Have experience working with either B2B lead gen ads or e-commerce brands.
  • Live and breathe FB ads and are constantly up to date with the latest trends and info.
  • Have experience on other advertising platforms – LinkedIn, Google etc.
  • Are easy going, humble, have a sense of humor, value people and relationships and know how to take ownership of your tasks.
