Role Description
We are seeking an experienced account manager, who will be responsible for the success of all online marketing campaigns for the clients assigned to you. Our clients are all in the accounting industry (CPA firms).
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other members of the team to ensure timely delivery of work and that the client’s goals are achieved.
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining good client relationships
- Client communications
- Communicating well with our team
- Crafting marketing strategies for clients
- Onboarding new clients
- Managing workflows
- Creating briefs for writers
- Analysing and reviewing results
- Drawing insights from data to adjust strategies
- Client retention
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Proven experience in account management, digital marketing, social media management, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing
- Experience in using marketing and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, etc.
- Ability to show results of successful digital marketing campaigns that you ran
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines set
- Great time management, working efficiently and effectively
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in the accounting industry is a plus
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs is a plus

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Content Writer, who will be responsible for crafting engaging and informative content relevant to our clients. We are a marketing agency that works exclusively with CPA firms and bookkeepers.
You will be responsible for creating content around accounting, bookkeeping, business advisory and business finance related topics for their target audiences.
Content such as web pages, blogs, PDFs, email, social media posts, etc.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in writing informative, educational, and engaging content related to accounting
- Excellent research and analytical skills to provide accurate and relevant information in the content
- Strong proficiency in English and exceptional writing and editing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet content production deadlines
- Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to incorporate them into content creation
- Experience using AI tools to generate content, but not rely on them to do all the writing

Ads Manager
If you’re a mid-senior level, paid media specialist and enjoy the challenge of running lead generation campaigns this role might be for you.
We have an exciting, full-time opportunity for the right person to join our digital agency. We work primarily with accounting firms in the US, UK, CAN and AU.
This role will give you the chance to work on a number of different ad campaigns across a variety of platforms, aimed at delivering leads to our clients as well as contributing on a higher, strategic level. There’s great potential for career development and the possibility of leading a team in the future.
You’d be working primarily with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager (Meta), with some campaigns on other platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing ad strategies for clients (including research, keywords, funnels etc)
- Setting up all conversion tracking via GTM, GA, pixels, events and tags
- Budget allocation across channels and campaigns
- Daily account management
- Optimizing conversion rates
- Either designing artwork or being able to create a design brief
- Writing engaging copy that converts
- Analyzing data, proactively testing and improving performance
The role requires:
- Fluency in English
- At least 2 YEARS proven experience generating high quality leads through paid channels in B2B industries
- Certification in Google Ads and Meta or other paid media platforms.
- Proficiency in:
-Facebook Business Manager
-Google Ads
-Google Tag Manager
-Google Analytics
Desirable:
- Experience dealing with accounting firms or generating leads in similar industries
- Experience producing reports
- Experience working with Elementor, Hubspot, Canva, GDS, Google Drive
- Able to build landing pages
