At MITCO Digital LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), we sell digital services, including CRM plans and digital marketing service plans for accounting firms. As these are digital products and services, fulfilment is completed electronically after payment and/or the signing of a service agreement.
Digital Service Delivery
- CRM Plans:
After successful purchase, customers will receive immediate access to their account via an email containing access instructions to their CRM platform. At the worst, this email may be delayed up to 24 hours. This email will also include links to setup instructional videos to guide initial configuration. Ongoing email support is available for all CRM users.We offer a 14-day free trial for CRM plans purchased independently. Clients purchasing a CRM plan as an add-on to their monthly marketing services subscription are not eligible for the free trial; CRM access for these clients begins immediately after purchase.
- Marketing Service Plans:
For marketing service plans, fulfilment begins after the client signs and returns our Digital Service Agreement. Once the signed agreement is received, we will send an email within 24 hours granting access to our client portal, along with onboarding materials and next steps to initiate service delivery.
Timing
- CRM plan access instructions are typically sent within 5 minutes (or worst case 24 hours) of purchase.
- Marketing service onboarding is initiated within 24 hours after the signed Digital Service Agreement is returned.
Ongoing Service
- Subscription Services: Access to services continues for the duration of an active subscription or agreement term. Non-payment or contract termination may result in suspension or cancellation of access.
- Updates and Features: From time to time, we may update our CRM system or service offerings. Clients will be notified via email or through their client portal regarding significant changes.
Issues or Delays
If you experience any issues accessing your CRM platform, onboarding materials, or client portal, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your expected access date. We are committed to resolving fulfillment issues promptly.
