Refund and Cancellation Policy

At MITCO Digital LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and CRM solutions. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully:

CRM Plans – Free Trial and Refunds

  • We offer a 14-day free trial for CRM plans purchased independently.
  • Clients purchasing the CRM plan as an add-on to their monthly marketing services subscription are not eligible for the 14-day free trial.
  • During the 14-day trial (where applicable), you may cancel at any time without incurring charges.
  • If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day trial, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be billed according to the plan selected.
  • After the trial converts into a paid subscription, or if a CRM plan is purchased as an add-on without a trial, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

CRM Plan Cancellations

  • You may cancel your CRM subscription at any time through your account settings within the platform.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the CRM until the end of the paid period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within the billing cycle.
  • As a courtesy, we request that you notify us of your cancellation in writing at [email protected].
  • Nonpayment may also result in automatic suspension or cancellation of your CRM access.

Marketing Service Plans – Refunds

  • All purchases of marketing service plans are final.
  • Due to the nature of our work and the resources allocated immediately after the execution of the Digital Service Agreement, we do not offer refunds.

Marketing Service Plan Cancellations

  • Cancellations must follow the terms outlined in your Digital Service Agreement, including any minimum commitment periods and written notice requirements.
